One-Of-A-Kind Immobiles Ordering Caring For Your Mobile About Artist Art-Mobiles.com
  About the Artist

My obsession for art-mobiles began in early grade school. We used cardboard and string mimicking grocery store product logo signs with our own cut figures. At 10, my art-mobile of the solar system was entered in the school science fair. After graduating from college, my first art-mobile and immobile exhibit at the Dayton Art Institute sold out! This launched my 30 plus years art career exhibiting and stringing up art-mobiles everywhere from trees, convention halls, galleries, and museums around the country.

After traveling extensively in Europe to view art, my attention turned to painting, print-making, collage, and sculpture. These mediums are all more visceral, emotional, self expressive, and self contemplative. But my best times in my "art life" have been about making mobiles. They continue to balance me and are all about having fun. Mobiles seem to always make people laugh and be happy. I function best when I construct mobiles along with doing my other artwork. This allows me to "tinker" at a workbench where I do my thinking and planning for other art projects.

With artists, its all about time. "What can I get done before the day is over?" The internet allows me to reach current clients and location new ones with art-mobiles.com.

"A day in a life without laughter and a mobile is a day in a life wasted."
